What this site collects today
When you submit a form (early access, driver sign-up, order request or contact), we collect what you enter: for example name, company, trade, phone, email, city, jobsite address, order details, vehicle details and availability. We use it only to contact you about Trade Run and to plan the launch.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store your account type (individual or business), name, email, mobile phone and, for businesses, company name, trade and optional license number and role. We also store what you save to make ordering easier: job sites (label, address, gate codes and notes), crew members' names and phone numbers, and your order requests and their history. Your password is never stored in plain text; we keep only a salted, one-way hash. [Retention period and account deletion process to be defined.]
Address lookup
When you type a job-site address, the text you type is sent to an address search service to suggest matches (currently Photon, which uses OpenStreetMap data; Google Maps if we switch to it), and the address you pick is checked with the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder. We save the confirmed address and its map coordinates with your order or job site.
Where it's stored
Form submissions and account data are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), and may also be copied to Trade Run's internal workspace tools [provider to be confirmed]. We don't sell personal information.
Cookies and storage
When you log in we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is HttpOnly and not used for tracking. Your cart and checkout details are saved in your browser's local storage so they aren't lost on refresh; logging out clears saved contact details from this device. Texts and calls
We'll only text or call about the request you submitted. [Messaging consent language, opt-out instructions and carrier disclosures to be added before any SMS program.]
